Description
Project and Office Management is a critical part of any successful practice. It is the core of our system and a central place to make sure we follow company standards, procedures, and practices. Project and Office Management prepares teams to run efficiently and ensures each projects' success.

The system created by us provides common practices and standards for SAOTA, which runs multiple projects in several locations simultaneously. This system helps us administer and control quality in all areas including; Administration, Client Service, Professionalism, Contract adherence, and of course, Design.

This first course aims to cover the key aspects of our role and mandate; outlining the management of the project, the client, and the professional team which forms a big part of our scope of services. It covers a variety of activities that you will be required to undertake during the first 2 work stages (Stage 1 and 2a & b) and also details duties which are relevant to the lifespan of a project and an integral part of the #lifeofanArchitect
